Post-Doctoral Fellowship with Alvarado Parkway Institute

Post-Doctoral Fellow is a one year, full-time, benefited position in the psychiatric hospital and outpatient setting.   Annual Salary:  $41,600

Responsibilities:  This is a blend of direct services with a heavy emphasis on management training.  You will be considered part of the management team with the Psychology and Addictive Disorders Dept.  The management team engages in a weekly study of a relevant management book.  Duties will include:

• review of practicum and intern psychological evaluations
• administering psychological assessments
• mentorship of counseling trainees, practicum students and APA interns
• individual therapy with outpatient program
• group therapy inpatient and outpatient
• observation and evaluation of trainees group skills and providing feedback
• assisting the Director and Assistant Director with program development and implementation

POST-DOCTORAL FELLOW and/or LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

San Diego BrainWorks is a private psychology practice located in Sorrento Valley, Temecula, and Orange County. San Diego BrainWorks seeks a part or full time (Post-doc) and/or Licensed Psychologist with extensive testing and report writing experience to conduct neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and psychological evaluations across the lifespan. Additionally, this individual will engage in individual therapy with clients (children, adolescents, and adults) using evidenced based treatments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct neuropsychological, psychoeducational, and psychological evaluations with pediatric and adult patients presenting with a variety of diagnoses in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include test administration, scoring, and reporting test results, and therapy.

Requirements:

Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA approved program with appropriate clinical training. APA Internship. Extensive testing and report writing experience.
