Professional Profile
I provide individual therapy to adults including older adults. I primarily work with individuals with phase of life and relational issues. However, my experience and training in mental health have been varied. I take a predominantly psychodynamic approach, but also take a more active and teaching role when certain symptoms or behaviors require the instruction and practice of new skills.
I also provide clinical supervision to predoctoral and master's level practicum students at CRF's Vista Balboa Crisis Center.
