Trauma research shows us that traumatic experience affects the mind, brain, and body. Further, Affective Neuroscience research indicates the relationship between the brain, thoughts, and emotion.

Mental Imagery, in a positive sense, is using your mind, your imagination, to create what you desire for a relaxed, stress-free, satisfying, joyful life. When we tap into our own inner wisdom with the practice of Mental Imagery, using our creative imagination for what we want to achieve, we set into motion mind, body, behavior, emotion, and brain changes that, all working together, conspire to help us experience our best possible self.

Do you want to learn how to use Mental Imagery to transform mind / body, brain, behavioral, and emotional disturbances resulting from traumatic experience?

Would you like to learn how to use your own individual creative ability to transform depression, anxiety, physical discomfort, and relationship difficulties that are often associated with the effects of traumatic experience?

Do you want to learn and experience how the use of three distinct types of Mental Imagery can be used as individually appropriate on your continuum of healing?

Would you like to participate in a guided imagery relaxation group exercise where you will discover, see, and sense your own images, to be followed by group discussion of your individual experience of images.
