Community Event: Community Mindfulness Group

Community Mindfulness Group that is currently on the calendar will have a change: Beginning July 13^th, we meet the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesdays of each month from 7 am – 8 am PT. The registration information can be found on my website. I am also starting a Wednesday evening intermediate/advanced group on July 6^th from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm PT. That group will meet the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesdays of each month.
