DESCRIPTION:

The Committee will be interviewing Connor McGuiness, the Assistant Pitching Coach for the LA Dodgers.  He had an unorthodox and interesting path to become a MLB coach.  He will talk to us about imposter syndrome, adapting and building personal connections in the clubhouse, and how the mental health team integrates with players, coaches, and other staff and the benefits he has observed.
