On behalf of the Contemplative Practices Committee, I am pleased to invite you to a virtual music listening session on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This activity offers our members a space to foster community while engaging the senses. We will listen to three musical pieces together and reflect on the emotional content and insights they evoke.
