Nominations, Elections and Awards

The purpose of the Nominations, Elections and Awards Committee is to manage the processes of nominations and elections of Directors pursuant to Article IV, Section 4A of the Bylaws and the processes of nominations and presentations of awards pursuant to Article IV, Section 14. The Nominations, Elections and Awards Committee is a standing committee.
